While honing their mastery of the traditional Tsugaru Shamisen, Kitamura Sisters have also breathed new life into age-old folk melodies through their unique arrangements. They have collaborated with bands that combine Japanese and Western musical instruments, performed internationally, and appeared in commercials for Nintendo and other prominent Japanese companies.
